Wait Staff Services
Our Wait Staff are fully insured, certified, and experienced in all aspects of food service.
From set-up to clean-up, our Wait Staff will warm the food, serve, and replenish appetizers and buffet style food;
serve plated food; bus tables, pre-fill water glasses, wash dishes (for small private parties only),
scrape & re-rack rental dishware, pack up left over food, remove trash, clean-up, and break-down the event space.
We will arrive one to two hours prior to the event for prep and set-up, depending on the tasks required
(i.e. prepping appetizers, tables settings, pre-filling water glasses, buffet set-up, etc.)
We can provide everything needed for your buffet: Cambro hot boxes, stainless steel chafers with lids, chafer fuel, serving utensils, three-gallon drink dispensers, water pitchers, large bread basket,
catering salad bowls, platters, three tierd dessert trays, etc. to ensure your food service is completely provided for.
20% gratuity is added to all wait staff services.
*A 15% service is added to all services for liability insurance, administrative, pick up and delivery, etc
*Additional travel fees apply for events outside of a 30 mile radius; starting point Midtown Place, Raleigh.

Additional Services Offered
Pick up and Delivery: pick up your pre-ordered food, pre-paid alcohol and kegs, etc.
Fees are calculated by the mileage and services needed.
Trash Removal: There is an additional fee for trash removal that has to be taken from the
venue property for disposal.
As you consider hiring our Staffing services, we are pleased to announce that we offer a 15% discount
which effectively eliminates the service fee, when both Wait Staff and Bartending services are booked together.
