The following is a list of services we happily offer from set-up to clean-up and everything in between: Our rates are reasonable and may vary by location, type of party and time of year.
• Wait Staff: from set-up to clean-up, warm, serve, maintain buffet; serve plated food; bus tables, fill water glasses, wash or stack dishes, trash removal: $30.00 per hour per server * **
Bartenders: We recommend one bartender for every 50 guests to help your party run smoothly and efficiently: $30.00 per hour per bartender for beer/wine $35.00 per hour, per bartender for mixed cocktails* **
Our bartenders will serve beer and wine and non-alcohol beverages or create custom cocktails tailored to the theme of your event or your liquor of choice. We can provide our hand built Pallet Bar or Whiskey Barrel Bar, ice, coolers, plastic cups, cocktail napkins, and pick-up your pre-purchased alcohol for an additional minimal fee.
Set-up & Breakdown: decorations, table and chairs, etc.
Valet Parking Attendants
Errands: pick up your pre-ordered food, chairs and tables, ice, balloons, pre-paid alcohol and kegs, etc.
Returns: return tables & chairs, kegs, tuxes, etc.
Deliveries: we will take presents and other items to its final location (i.e. hosts or relatives house)
Clean-up: We will stay after your event to clean-up, or if you’re renting a space and need it cleaned up after your event we can do that too. There is an additional fee for trash removal that needs to be taken off the premises for disposal.
* There will be a 15% service charge added to all services to cover insurance and adminstartion fees
**There is a 4 hour minimum for all services
