Our Servers are fully insured, certified, and experienced in all aspects of food service.
From set-up to clean-up, our Servers will warm the food, serve, and replenish appetizers and buffet style food;
serve plated food; bus tables, pre-fill water glasses, wash dishes (for small private parties only),
scrape & stack rental dishware, remove trash, clean-up, and break-down the event space.
We will arrive one to two hours prior to your event for prep and set-up, depending on the tasks at hand
(i.e. placing tables settings, pre-pouring water, buffet set-up, etc.)
We can provide everything needed for your buffet: food warming boxes, chafers, sternos, serving utensils, drink dispensers, pitchers, Large bread basket, catering salad bowls to ensure your food service is completely provided for.
We recommend one Server for every 50 guests for buffet style and
one server for every 35 guests for plated dinners
to ensure your event runs smoothly and efficiently.
Our fees for Servers is $40.00 an hour per Server
including a 20% gratuity added per server
*There is a 15% service fee added to all services (administration fees, supplies, and insurance, etc.)
*We require a 4 hour minimum for all services
*There will be additional travel fees for any event outside of a 30 mile radius; starting point Midtown Place.

Additional Services Offered
Set-up and Break-down of your venue space when hired to Serve or Bartend at your event.
Fees are calculated per hour for each staff member.
Errands: pick up your pre-ordered food, pre-paid alcohol and kegs, etc.
Fees are calculated by the mileage and services needed.
Trash Removal: There is an additional fee for trash removal that has to be taken from the
venue property for disposal.
